All CND products: Shellac, Brisa, Retention+ Cancellation Policy In order to ensure that our technicians have the opportunity to fill cancelled appointments, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Missed appointments and those cancelled without 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service total. The fees associated with a missed appointment must be paid prior to making a new appointment.
