Towson University ELC

The English Language Center provides international students with the English language skills needed for successful academic transition to the university and for continued professional and personal success. The ELC is located in the center of the beautiful Towson University campus. You will meet people from all over the world as you study, participate in cultural and social events, and use campus recreational facilities. The Towson ELC is a semester-long program with fall, spring and summer semesters. For over thirty years, the Towson ELC has been offering state-of-the-art academic language instruction to students representing more than 80 countries.
