The Wesley At Home

The Wesley at Home will function somewhat like a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) without walls (we have no facility or campus). We will contract with select vetted service vendors and facilities to meet the needs of our members. The Wesley at Home hopes to provide personalized lifelong services to eligible older adults in their homes and communities.
