The Help Outreach Center

The Help Outreach Center (THOC) is a community-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to ensure positive and transformative change in the community through education, training, partnership, and collaboration that builds confidence and improves quality of life. THOC serves people in need from the southwest Baltimore City neighborhoods of Edmondson Village and North Bend and the Catonsville community of Baltimore County.
