I provide individual therapy for adults experiencing grief/loss and anxiety, among other things. I enjoy working with women and the queer community and bring a feminist perspective to the therapy space. In my practice, I use supportive, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness techniques in order to facilitate growth. I currently see clients in person or via telehealth, and have daytime and evening appointments available.
