Relaxation is health. Too much time spent in the sympathetic nervous system's "fight or flight" mode leads to stress, fatigue, risk of chronic diseases and systemic inflammation. I use a variety of techniques including Swedish strokes, deep tissue, stretching, and lymphatic drainage to induce your nervous system's parasympathetic (aka "rest and digest") response. I use a customized, holistic approach to designing my sessions, listening to what your body needs. I am prenatal certified and welcome expectant mothers to my practice.
