My name is Kyle Noel and i am a Tattoo Artist At Rizzy Ink Tattoos. I was born and raised In Trinidad and Tobago and moved to the United States as a teenager, I lived in Baltimore city majority of my grown up life and started my Apprenticeship in 2015 with Dream Team Ink then branched off to become an independent Thriving Celebrity, Traveling Tattoo Artist. During my time as a young artist I had the pleasure of tattooing 22Gz , MGM Rese , Ciggy Black, Lekl and a few other industry and underground Artist, College Athletes and influencers on the east coast. I currently own a shop In East Baltimore where everyone comes for the peaceful pain and pleasures of my luxury Tattoos. I work with passion, I take my time and tattoo all skin with care
