Out For Justice

Out For Justice, Inc. (OFJ) is an organization led by individuals who are both directly and indirectly impacted by the criminal legal system advocating for the reform of policies and practices that adversely affect successful reintegration into society. Our mission is to engage, educate, and empower (3E’s) individuals with criminal records in Maryland to create structural change through legislation, policy reform and advocacy. We believe that individuals impacted by the criminal legal system should be at the forefront of policy reform that directly affects our families, our communities and us. Targeting unjust, counterproductive policies reduces collateral consequences associated with a criminal record.
