The National Aquarium Animal Care and Rescue Center is the headquarters of all behind-the-scenes Aquarium operations, including animal quarantine, rescue seal rehabilitation and exhibit fabrication. Located 0.7 miles from the organization’s main campus on Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, the building is a semi-private, dedicated work space for staff. A selection of visitation opportunities will be available through Aquarium community, educational and tour programs. The building opened in May 2018.
