LTRC Coop Tots

We are a small cooperative preschool program operated by the Lutherville- Timonium Recreation Council and housed at Pinewood Elementary School. Our program has been in existence for over 40 years and is licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education, Office of Childcare. The Co-op’s mission is to provide a program that is age appropriate while helping children develop physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually by learning through structured play. Through meaningful play experience children develop concepts and skills basic to the more difficult tasks of learning in later years. The Co-op offers the parent the unique opportunity to see their child interact with the teachers and other children in school.
