501c3 Organization with office in Baltimore, Maryland. Our mission is to integrate mentor relationships into community driven empowerment centers for the youth and emerging adult population effected or impacted by the issues of recovery or re entry in Baltimore County and City. Through Our Leadership Academy Workshops, we are partnering with several organizations to provide resources and activities around financial literacy, character development and education, employment and entrepreneur based content. We are working to get the Leadership Academy program into detention centers and prisons to equip the returning citizens of the State with the necessary training to ensure successful reintegration for each individual. #MENTOURSHIP
