Groundwork IS A CARF ACCREDITED LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH AGENCY providing comprehensive assessment and planning, and integrated care to children, teens and adults in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. We serve children, teens, and adults who have mental health diagnosis and substance abuse history through our IOP and PRP programs. Groundwork aims to meet our clients where they are and empower their individual strengths. Our licensed social work clinicians create individualized plans with our clients. We understand that mental health is complex and not singular. Groundwork uses the strength based approach to care, as we understand everyone has individual needs.
