The Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (GBBR) was established in 1858 as the nation's first real estate association, and has promoted the highest ethical standards and practices in the real estate industry for more than 160 years. GBBR serves 5,000+ agent, broker, and affiliate members in the Baltimore metropolitan area. We host training courses for real estate licensure in Maryland, provide professional continuing education, and offer homeownership workshops for the public. GBBR advocates in the legislative arena to both protect our members' ability to do business, and preserve the rights of property owners.
