I am a Psychotherapist who has the honor of working with adults and teens in the Baltimore Metro Region. I offer trauma informed and growth oriented psychotherapy for adults. My approach is embodied, affirming and deeply interpersonal. I focus on change experience and how positive emotions lead to therapy feeling good and rewarding. I also work with addiction, grief, depression, anxiety, life adjustments and other emotional struggles. My approach is flexible and can be brief or long term depending on the needs of the client. I accept , Cigna, United and Carefirst insurances and $80-$120 out of pocket costs per session.
