10/20/20: Responded to 1st complaint seen below! 6/19/20: Our team originally examined your runner and noting on the first invoice, the runner was saturated with extreme urine and odor. We brought back to shop and worked on the runner treating it for urine. 06/24/20: We delivered your runner. 08/7/20: Chem~Dry was notified by yourself that strong odor still exist. This is when Chem~Dry picked up your runner and treated for the odor for an extended period of time. The complaint from you now is that there is damage. In the beginning our team explained that pet urine can and could damage your runner. In this case it did with discoloration, as you say. We have no evidence on our end that the rug has been ruined due to our cleaning procedure
