Tin Lizzie Wineworks has start-of-the-art professional winemaking equipment generally not available to the home winemaker. Dave Zuchero, Head Winemaker and Instructor, will personally guide you through the winemaking process. Dave has been making wine for over 40 years, is a microbiologist and has a degree in winemaking from Univeristy of California at Davis.
