It has a vision to promote a quality of life that is vibrant, prosperous, family-friendly, clean, safe and engaging. Its mission is to develop and implement creative community-based strategies, to enhance economic opportunity, agricultural development and access to healthy food. We are committed to building healthy communities by healing the H.E.A.R.T. of the community. Homeownership and Affordable housing; Economic Independence; Agricultural Access; Retail Revitalization; and Tranquil Community Spaces.
