Succor Transitional Program

Succor Transitional Program (STP) is a non-profit subsidiary of Healthy Lives, a licensed behavioral health agency. STP helps those who are homeless, recently released from incarnation, struggling with substance abuse, struggling with life altering medical issues or simply having difficulty transitioning from one stage to another. At this time, Succor is only accepting/housing the male population.
