Founded in January of 2020 by the Decker family, SSGI is a successful and respected independent employee benefits insurance agency. Strategically located in the heart of the Mid-Atlantic, SSGI utilizes their expert knowledge of employee benefits to provide elite advisement and customer service nationwide from their Maryland offices. In October of 2020, SSGI acquired Pace Thomas Benefit Services, a 40-year old employee benefits agency located in Bel Air, Maryland. SSGI's Benefits Division is lead by Co-Founder & President, Laura Decker, The John Carroll School Alum.
