Sami Ahmed, DPT
A Maryland native, Sami completed his undergraduate degree in kinesiology with a focus in biomechanics from the University of Maryland in 2012. He then completed his doctorate in physical therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. Sami has spent the last few years focusing his career on helping athletes from all age groups and backgrounds return to their sport. With over 10 years of experience in competitive martial arts and an additional five years of exhibitional gymnastics and acrobatics experience, Sami brings a unique set of skills to the MidAtlantic Sports Therapy & Rehab group.
