RL Changing Lives is a leading community support program providing psychiatric rehabilitative services. We are dedicated to strengthening urban children, youth and families in Baltimore City and beyond. Our #1 goal is to provide children and adults who experience emotional, behavioral and other mental health challenges with therapeutic counseling, guidance, and mentoring to promote a better quality of life and enhanced functionality at school, work, home and in the community.
