We're a flavor company, mother and son founded with a mission to create culturally inspired flavors that can be applied to conventional food items such as salsa. We invented, created and trademarked Chalsa, which is a fusion between a mango chutney and roasted tomatillo salsa. The product is vegan, dairy-free and crafted with all-natural locally sourced ingredients.
