One House At A Time

One House At A Time, Inc. (One House) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to transform vacant properties and provide a better quality of life to city residents through vacant building receivership. As an agent of the District Court of Maryland, One House facilitates the transfer of vacant Baltimore City properties to qualified buyers who will perform renovations and obtain a use and occupancy permit. One House streamlines the blight removal process, eliminating hazardous properties from our city, creating safer neighborhoods, and increasing revenues to support Baltimore City services.
