Office on Mental Health/Core Service Agency of Harford, Inc. monitors county public mental health services to bring comprehensive, community based culturally sensitive and recovery-orientated services to individuals who need them. In addition to acting as the local mental health authority for Harford County, OMH/CSA provides direct care through its continuum of mental health crisis response services. Through operation of the crisis hotline and mental health first responders, OMH/CSA ensures that every person in Harford County experiencing a mental health crisis has access to immediate, compassionate, skilled care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
