Jiu-Jitsu is the ground fighting martial art of subduing an opponent/attacker and submitting them with chokes and joint manipulation. At Inversion Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, we strive to be a better person the day of class than we were the day before. We accomplish this by training as if our lives depend on it, and it does. Jiu-Jitsu is not only considered to be the best form of self defense, but it is also a fantastic way to get in shape.
