With over 20 years experience we are certified and knowledgeable. If you just want to be more active or if you want to lose weight we can help. Personally I have helped many people lose from 20 to 125 lbs. We specialize in post physical therapy and rehabilitation. Noone is too old to start reaching their goals and being more active. Zoom sessions are available. We welcome clients with special needs or developmental disabilities and have helped many already.
