Idlewood Community Association The Idlewood Community Association (ICA) is an approved 501(c)3 organization focused on preserving and enhancing the Idlewood living experience. Our organization focuses on concerns of the neighborhood affecting security, sanitation, public resources, private business, zoning, infrastructure, and property values. ICA is committed to a higher quality of living and advocates in the best manner to ensure each resident experiences the comfort, safety, beauty, and value of Idlewood.
