Additionally, we offer Resident Agent services nationwide internally and through our affiliates. Our clients range from attorneys, banks, title companies and private investigators as well as individuals. Our President Jim Hylind has been in the industry for over 32 years and has vast experience to draw upon. We have offices in Dover, DE and Baltimore, MD. We will meet or beat any bonafide quote by 10%. Reasonable fees, Excellent turnaround; and we carry $500,000 in E & O insurance.
