Historic East Baltimore Community Action Coalition

In partnership with the community, the Historic East Baltimore Community Action Coalition, Inc. (HEBCAC) provides programming to improve the well-being of East Baltimore residents. HEBCAC is a nonprofit that began as a collaboration of Johns Hopkins, Baltimore City Officials, and community residents. HEBCAC works to support strong, diverse neighborhoods that honor their history while carving out a promising future. We have been a part of East Baltimore since 1994, serving the 220-block area bounded by Edison Highway, Aisquith Street, North Avenue, and Fayette Street.
