FutureCare - Sandtown

FutureCare Sandtown has been serving the historic Sandtown-Winchester community of Baltimore City since 1994. Sandtown is is part of the VitalStrong Rehabilitation program utilizing highly trained professionals including physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists offering rehabilitation up to 7 days a week. Sandtown also offers the HeartStrong cardiac rehabilitation program. Should a resident ever require long-term skilled nursing / nursing home care it is available on-site.
