FutureCare NorthPoint

FutureCare NorthPoint has been serving the residents of Eastern Baltimore County and Baltimore city with distinction since 2007. NorthPoint is part of the VitalStrong Rehabilitation program utilizing highly trained professionals including physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists offering rehabilitation up to 7 days a week. Northpoint also has the HeartStrong Cardiac Rehabilitation program and offers dialysis on-site with Renalis Kidney Services. Should a resident require long-term skilled nursing / nursing home care, it is available on-site.
