FutureCare - Cold Spring

FutureCare Cold Spring is located in Northeast Baltimore providing residents with exceptional care. The rehabilitation program at FutureCare Courtland is part of the VitalStrong Rehabilitation program where physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists offer rehabilitation up to 7 days a week. The rehabilitation gym has been transformed into an expansive, cutting edge center of excellence for post-acute therapy services. FutureCare Cold Spring also offers CAMPStrong (Comprehensive Amputation Management Program) and Renalis Kidney Services with comfortable, in-patient dialysis services. Should a resident require long-term skilled nursing /nursing home care, it is available on-site.
