Located in the heart of Baltimore City on North Charles Street, FutureCare Charles Village is located in a historical, boutique-style building that is comfortable, inviting, warm and friendly. FutureCare Charles Village is is part of the VitalStrong Rehabilitation program where physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists offering rehabilitation up to 7 days a week. FutureCare Charles Village offers CAMPStrong - Comprehensive Amputee Management Program. Should a resident require long-term skilled nursing care, or nursing home care it is also available on-site.
