First Commercial Finance was founded by business, finance and real estate lawyers​ that are extremely active in the mid-atlantic region of the U.S.. We have placed hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial financing for our clents, from small residential investment loans to large, multi-million dollar institutional loans for those seeking initial project funding or who need to refinance existing debt, as well as business start-ups, buyouts, private placements, joint ventures, partnerships and mezz financing.
