CareFirst Engagement Center

The CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield (CareFirst) Engagement Center connects our local community to the health services and support they need and is open to all community members. Individuals may attend wellness classes, community partner events and empowering seminars at no cost. Additionally, CareFirst members can get in-person help with billing, benefits enrollment, eligibility, claims processing and other questions, and those considering becoming a CareFirst member can connect with a representative for assistance finding a plan to meet their needs.
