Located in Harbor Point, we are honored to serve the Baltimore, MD area with our specialization in hot yoga and heat therapy via Original Hot Yoga, all variations of; Yin/Yang, Baptiste Power Flow, and HIIT classes. We offer two clean, spacious studio rooms with superstar instructors to lead classes that are more than just a workout, leaving students invigorated, relaxed, and blissful. Our classes are HOT, please come well hydrated with an empty stomach and towel, mat, and water.
