Arrow Painting Company was founded in 2015 by Ken Clingerman. Ken was born in a family of painters so it’s in his blood and what he knows best. He took this passion for painting and his business wit to start Arrow Painting Company. Currently, Arrow Painting Company does both commercial and residential painting in the Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Harford County area. We take pride in our work and we don’t leave the job site until the customer is happy.
